The Four-way Adjustable Shuttle is an innovative intelligent handling robot independently developed by Fortucky to solve the problem of high-density storage of containers in different sizes.

• Flexibility: by sensing and detecting the size of container, the distance of the telescopic fork is automatically adjusted to grasp containers in various sizes. The available sizes of containers range from 250mm to 800mm.
• High-speed operation: the operation speed can reach up to 5m/s, greatly improving the operation efficiency.
• Multi-layer container planning: it can carry out flexible planning and co-ordination of multi-layer containers to improve the operation rate.
• Super-capacitor power supply: adopting super-capacitor as the main power supply mode, it realizes fast charging and quick discharging. 10-second charging can satisfy the operation demand of the robot for 3 minutes. It can also realize the kinetic energy recovery during the operation process to improve the energy utilization rate.
• Cross-aisle operation: shuttles can be operated across aisles and work as backups for each other, improving the reliability and flexibility of the system.
• Intelligent system: with high-speed elevators and other equipment, it can further improve the degree of automation, making the process more flexible and improving the overall capacity and throughput of the warehouse.
