Core functions of the four-way shuttle

It is mainly used for automatic handling and transportation of pallet goods in warehouses, automatic storage and retrieval, automatic lane change and layer change, intelligent leveling and automatic climbing, and can directly reach any position in the warehouse. According to the different unit types it handles, the four-way shuttle is mainly divided into two types: material box shuttle and pallet shuttle. These two forms have different characteristics:

Pallet four-way shuttle: mainly used for pallet storage and retrieval operations, its advantages are more flexible storage and higher flexibility, can adapt to any complex warehouse structure, can increase or decrease the number of carts according to the needs of in and out of the warehouse, and can achieve high-density storage.

Material box four-way shuttle: This is a robot used for material box storage and retrieval. The box-type four-way shuttle is a more flexible product. Similar to the pallet-type four-way shuttle, it has a wide range of adaptability. It can be applied to various warehouse types and can flexibly increase or decrease the number of shuttles to match actual needs. Especially in the goods-to-person picking system, since the shuttle can change layers through the elevator, it can actually operate flexibly in 3D space.
