1. Before entering the summer prevention period, make preparations in advance and release winter lubricating grease from the engine, drive axle, transmission, steering gear, etc. After cleaning, add summer lubricating grease according to regulations.
2. Clean the waterway, remove scale from the cooling system, and unclog the radiator fins. Regularly check the tightness of the fan drive belt.
3. Adjust the generator regulator appropriately to reduce the charging current of the generator.
4. Pay attention to preventing the engine from overheating during homework, and always pay attention to the reading on the coolant temperature gauge. If the coolant temperature is too high, take cooling measures. To maintain the amount of coolant, be careful to prevent boiling and scalding when adding it.
5. Regularly check the temperature and pressure of the tires, and if necessary, stop in a cool place until the tire temperature drops before continuing work. Do not use methods such as deflation or pouring cold water to reduce pressure and temperature, in order to avoid reducing the service life of the tires.
6. Regularly check the braking efficiency to prevent brake failure caused by aging, expansion and deformation of the brake master cylinder or cylinder cup, and vaporization of the brake fluid.
7. Adjust the electrolyte density of the battery and clear the vent holes on the battery cover to keep the electrolyte 10-15mm above the separator. Add distilled water as needed.
8. Before starting homework, it is important to ensure adequate sleep and maintain high levels of energy. If you feel mentally exhausted, lethargic, or slow to react during homework, you should immediately stop and rest, or wipe your face with cold water to refresh yourself and ensure safe driving and homework.
9. Do a good job in heatstroke prevention and cooling to prevent heatstroke.
After the final inspection confirms that all parts are in good condition, they can be put into normal use.
