Fluent shelves, equivalent to fluent shelves, are often evolved from medium-sized crossbeam shelves. Goods are transported from the distribution end to the pickup end through rolling tracks, and the goods automatically slide down by gravity, achieving a "first in, first out" operation with low operating costs, fast storage speed, and high density. Usually used in lean production line operations in enterprises.
Fluent shelves generally use roller type aluminum alloy or sheet metal fluent strips, placed at a certain slope (about 3 °). The goods are usually packaged in paper or placed in plastic turnover boxes, utilizing their own weight to achieve flow and first in, first out. The goods are transported by small cars and manually accessed for convenient access. The load capacity of each layer of the unit shelf is usually around 100KG, and the shelf height is within 2.5 meters, with products placed in several compartments.
Suitable for process conversion on both sides of assembly lines, assembly line production, and picking operations in distribution centers, electronic tags can be used to achieve information management of goods. Widely used in industries such as automotive, pharmaceutical, chemical, and electronics.
